Please note: Each volunteer team will receive area-specific instructions and information from their Team Lead. The FAQs below contain general information that applies to all volunteers.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Arrival & Check-In

  • Each volunteer will have a team lead and should contact them with any questions. 

  • Each volunteer will be instructed with their arrival times based on their assigned task. If you have specific questions, please reach out to your team lead. 

  • When you arrive, you should park in the Curb Garage on level 3. This will place you closer to the entrance of the Curb Event Center.

    • Volunteers serving in designated areas will receive a Volunteer credential. This will help attendees know who you are and that you are there to assist them.

    • Volunteers who require All Access to fulfill their responsibilities will receive an All Access credential.

    • Prayer Team members will receive a Prayer Team credential.

    • Please note: Only volunteers with an All Access credential are permitted backstage. If you do not have an All Access badge, you may not enter backstage at any time.


While You're Serving

  • All black modest attire, including comfortable shoes of any color. You will be required to stand on your feet for extended periods of time so comfortable shoes and comfortable clothing is essential. 

  • Food will be provided for those volunteering on Friday and/or Saturday. If volunteering on Thursday evening, light snacks will be provided. 

    You're also welcome to bring your own snacks and meals.

  • The Food Trucks are located… - will provide this info.

    • Volunteers serving in designated areas will receive a Volunteer credential. This will help attendees know who you are and that you are there to assist them.

    • Volunteers who require All Access to fulfill their responsibilities will receive an All Access credential.

    • Prayer Team members will receive a Prayer Team credential.

Volunteer Hub

  • The Vince Gill Room will serve as the Volunteer Hub throughout the conference. This will be your place to rest, regroup, and recharge throughout the weekend. For volunteers who qualify for meals, lunch and dinner will be available here. Conference sessions will also be livestreamed in the room, so you can stay connected even while taking a break.

  • Yes, you can find an empty seat throughout the auditorium during the moments you are not actively serving.

After the Conference

  • Yes, you will have access to watch the conference until August 31, 2026. This link will be sent to your email once the conference ends.

    As a Generations LIVE ‘26 volunteer, you help set the tone for the entire weekend. We encourage you to:

    • Welcome everyone with warmth and kindness.

    • Be attentive and proactive in helping attendees.

    • Look for opportunities to serve beyond your assigned role.

    • If you don't know the answer, help connect someone with the person who does.

    • Pray with attendees when appropriate or connect them with our Prayer Team.

    • Above all, represent Christ with grace, patience, and love.
